Broccoli rabe

As a great source of vitamins A, C and K, broccoli rabe, also known as Italian broccoli or rapini, has a crunchy texture with long stems, small, broccoli-like flower heads and a peppery taste.

No matter how you prepare it; boiled, sautéed with garlic and chilli, deliciously paired with grains, nuts and other vegetables, or even served as a side dish alongside fish and potatoes – you can’t go wrong with lean and green vegetable.
