  • 10ml fresh thyme, chopped
  • 500ml milk
  • 15ml oil
  • 5ml Robertsons Paprika
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 100g mushrooms, chopped
  • 500g chicken strips
  • 1 sachet KNORR Chicken à la King Dry Cook-in-Sauce
  • 1 Fry chicken strips, mushrooms, green pepper and paprika in a splash of oil.
  • 2 Mix contents of sachet of KNORR Chicken a'la King Dry Cook-in-Sauce with 500 ml cold milk and pour over the chicken mix.
  • 3 Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
  • 4 Cover and simmer for 30 min or until chicken is tender.
  • 5 Garnish with thyme.
  • 6 Serve with rice and steamed veggies.
