  • 500g extra lean beef mince
  • 1 sachet KNORR Naturally Tasty Chilli Con Carne Recipe Mix
  • 1 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 400g can kidney beans, drained
  • 125ml water
  • 300g rice, cooked
  • 1 Fry the mince in a pan until browned.
  • 2 Add the contents of the sachet, tomatoes, kidney beans and the water. Bring to the boil stirring constantly.
  • 3 Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile cook rice according to pack instructions.
  • 4 Delicious with a spoonful of sour cream and rice.
