  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5ml garlic
  • 125g mushrooms, halved
  • 15ml oil
  • 125ml milk
  • 375ml water
  • 30ml stork margarine
  • 125ml KNORR Sour Cream and Mushroom Pasta and Sauce
  • 200g prawns, deveined and shelled
  • 1 Fry onions, garlic and mushrooms in oil for 5 min.
  • 2 Add the milk, water and Stork margarine in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  • 3 Add the contents of the packet and cook on high for 5 min, stirring occasionally.
  • 4 Stir in the prawns and simmer for a further 3 min.
