  • 15ml olive oil
  • 300g marinara seafood mix
  • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 KNORR Alfredo Pasta and Sauce
  • 125ml milk
  • 375ml water
  • 30ml stork margarine
  • 50g feta cheese
  • 5 olives, pitted and sliced
  • 100g croutons
  • 15ml freshly herbs, chopped
  • Robertsons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Stir-fry seafood mix and spring onions in the olive oil until just cooked, 4-5 min.
  • 2 Prepare the pasta & sauce using the milk and water according to sachet instructions.
  • 3 Stir in the fried seafood and spring onions.
  • 4 Allow to heat through and place in serving dishes.
  • 5 Combine crumbled feta, sliced olives, croutons and herbs.
  • 6 Sprinkle over the pasta.
  • 7 Grind over plenty of Robertsons Black Pepper and serve hot.
