  • 30 ml cooking oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ½ green pepper, chopped
  • 15 ml Rajah medium curry powder
  • 5 ml Robertsons garlic flakes
  • 500 g lamb stewing pieces
  • 45 ml Knorr brown onion Soup
  • 45 ml tomato paste
  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 1 Knorrox Mutton stock cube
  • 375 ml water
  • 1 Heat oil in a pot and fry onion and green pepper until soft
  • 2 Add the Rajah Curry Powder and Robertsons Garlic Flakes
  • 3 Fry for 1 minute, stirring continuously
  • 4 In a separate bowl toss the lamb pieces in Knorr Brown Onion Soup until well coated
  • 5 Add the lamb to the pot and fry until well browned
  • 6 Then add the tomato paste, carrots, potatoes, Knorrox Mutton Stock Cube and water and stir well
  • 7 Cover pot with a lid and allow to simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender
  • 8 Thicken with a little extra Knorr Brown Onion Soup if necessary
  • 9 Serve with rice or sadza
