  • 5 ml cooking oil
  • 1½ onions, chopped
  • 15 ml Rajah All-in-One curry powder
  • 10 ml Robertsons Steak & Chops Spice
  • 500 g mutton pieces
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 Knorrox Mutton Stock Cube
  • 30 ml Knorr Minestrone Soup
  • 1 In a pot, heat oil and fry the chopped onion until browned
  • 2 Add the Rajah All-in-One Curry Powder, Robertsons Steak & Chop Spice and tomatoes
  • 3 Fry for about 2 minutes
  • 4 Add the mutton pieces to the same pot and fry until well browned
  • 5 Add the potatoes, carrots, water and a Knorrox Mutton Stock Cube
  • 6 Stir well and allow to simmer with the lid on for approximately 45 minutes or until the meat is tender
  • 7 Stir occasionally
  • 8 Mix the Knorr Minestrone Soup with 4 tablespoons of water to form a smooth paste, add it to the pot and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes, or until the Stew has thickened
  • 9 Serve with rice or sadza
